Ask NAN: Creator and host of a weekly short-form video and social media series educating residential mortgage lending stakeholders on appraisal topics, published on LinkedIn and YouTube.
AI in Appraisal: Developer of a 90-minute virtual course on mid-level AI applications for appraisers, AMC staff, realtors, and lending personnel. Speaker at multiple industry events on AI adoption in valuation.
UAD 3.6: Author of the NAN AMC Readiness Kit and lead content developer for a 35-FAQ resource across seven categories. Producer of client-facing UAD 3.6 education materials.
